Cherry Red LIZ LISA + PinkyGirls Coordinate

The other day I was a good blogger and took tons of pictures. So now I'm slowly posting them here.

I put together a gyaru-inspired outfit with rich red and brown tones. International fashion is now beginning to look like winter, and I love it! (of course in Argentina it's always the other way around hahaha *sheepy laugh*)

I wouldn't say it's 100% gyaru because the make-up is really light. But it definitely has some gyaru elements there. Popteen usually has this type of color combinations (rich, deep, like autumn leaves) for their cold weather editions. 

Of course, it's not cold in the northern hemisphere. But the fall-winter collections are already coming out everywhere.

Have to admit, stole the hairstyle from Popteen's March 2012 edition (it's one of the few I owned, from the time I was in Japan *cries into a pillow*)

It's a simple everyday ribbon look illustrated by Mizukitty. She is, of course, my idol so the pages she's in are the ones I pay close attention to.

Sharing the scan, why not:

As you can see, it's just taking a tuft of your hair from one side and twirling towards the other, tying it up with a bow or any barrette you have.

OMG Mizukitty. I simply love her earnest, wide smile. Whenever I try to smile like that I look like an earnest... doofus.

And in the next ones I was not quite done with the outfit but had just finished the hair.

I cut my hair. Have you noticed? It was down to my waist, so I ended up cutting about 30cm of hair. Yes - almost 12 inches of hair and it still looks fairly long.

Please look at this.

Impressive, right? I feel free like the wind with my new shoulder-length hair. I'm afraid this could be only the beginning. I might go shorter, who knows? It's cute and for long hair you can always have extensions or wigs.

That hair I cut weighted like 100g. I can't believe I carried that everywhere. Too much of a hassle!

I keep having the feeling I'm forgetting something I wanted to say in this post. Uhm. It'll come back to me somehow, I guess.

Jewelpet Character File / "Character Introduction" from an Activity Book

Lolita iPhone Backgrounds - now for iPhone 5!

Hi everyone!

Since one of the things you guys liked the most on my blog was the Lolita iPhone Backgrounds posts (check out parts one and two), I thought it would be nice to do a third edition. Because you know, third times' a charm :)

Jewelpet Stationary Scans and Translation - Activity Book

As promised in the last Jewelpet scans post, I have also taken my time to scan and translate two Jewelpet activity books/memos. These are in Japanese and include various fun projects such as origami, cut-out stationary paper, coloring book pages, and more.

I'll be sharing the first of the two activity books today!

To clarify, this post includes the following scans, with each activity translated:

This will be a rather lengthy posty with lots (and I do mean, LOTS) of scans so I'll place it under a cut!

Jewelpet Stationary Scans and Translation - Stickers, Stationary

Hello everyone! (^^)

Today I have an somewhat quality post for you guys and gals!

In case you don't know it, Jewelpet is an increasingly popular series realized by Sanrio and Sega (in fact, they are actually placing sixth on their character ranking). It's been made into various seasons of anime - and while I've yet to watch them, collecting character goods is somewhat my speciality (OwO)

I've scanned a bunch of stationary goods from the series, and decided to share them here! Some of it has text in Japanese so that's what I'll be translating.

To clarify, this post includes the following scans:

• Jewelpet Stationary Deco Seal, sparkly stickers to decorate your pencils, eraser, ruler and notebooks with
• Jewelpet school series Notebook, cover and back
• Jewelpet Stickers from their school series

Sanrio Stickers Scans

Hello everyone!

Today I have another quality-less day, hahaha.

I'm going to be sharing a few Sanrio stickers with you all! (^^) These are the stickers they generally put in your shopping bag when you purchase something.

Included in this transparent .png for your convenience are Jewelpet, Cinnamoroll, Sugarbunnies and My Melody.

The Jewelpet ones are exactly identical. My bad, lol.

Kutsushita Nyanko Adhesive Bandages Scans

Hello everyone!

First of all I would like to thank everyone for following me. Recently I gained a few followers. I'm so happy (;^;) but to feel like I deserve it, I want to keep giving everyone good content!

That is the basic premise in this blog. I said to myself, "OK Abi, let's give people scans, information and pictures they can't find anywhere else". I think I'm getting there? XD haha.

Today I come bringing Kutsushita Nyanko Band-Aids scans. I got these at Toy Palace Ginza. Like I said a couple times before, I am a total sucker for toy stores.

I was surprised to find these ADORABLE bandages for sale. They also came in Berry Puppy and other San-x characters' motifs. I bought one of each but I only found the Kutsushita Nyanko ones hahaha. So that's what I'm sharing ^^

Could these be any cuter?! They even have sparkles all over them!!

They are also quite comfy as bandages, really good quality! This may sound like such a silly thing but I once bought bandages at Target and they were so stiff... they hurt more than they healed. So soft, flexible band-aids are a must XD

I have to say, I love the Sock Kitten (Kutsushita Nyanko). He reminds me of Sanrio's Chococat. Lovely character!

Hello Kitty Circus Sticker Scans

Long time no see!

Sorry I haven't been replying to comments nor blogging (;^;) Last two weeks were final weeks! Fortunately I passed all my finals, so I'm content (^^)

Happie Nuts July 2012 Magazine Scans

Hi minnasan!

I come bringing 07/2012 Happie Nuts scans today :3

It was my first time purchasing this Japanese magazine. It's really nice, the models are beautiful and the photographs are amazing quality!

This post is going to be slightly graphics-heavy, so I'll place it under a cut.

The cover. The magazine actually came with a Lip Service totebag! How awesome is that! I'll take a picture of the totebag later, but you can see it there in the upper-right corner. It's of a shiny material and full of sherbet-colored flowers. So 可愛い!

Cinnamoroll Letter Set / Stationary Scans

Yay! More kawaii stationary! :)

Cinnamoroll is actually my favorite Sanrio character of them all. I guess that comes from my love of the pastry itself (cinnamon roll... heh heh), but that's another story (O.o)'

I hope you enjoy some paper scans with this cute dog as protagonist! (Yes, it's a dog, not a rabbit!)

Charmmy Kitty Stationary Scans

Hi there! :D

Today I come bringing some Charmmy Kitty scans. Charmmy is Hello Kitty's... er... cat. Kind of what Pluto is to Mickey, but even weirder! lol

Nevertheless, I love the character's design.

Hello Kitty Transparent Stickers

These came with the previous stationary set. I scanned them and "rendered" them with Photoshop. Granted, it's not a perfect nor thorough render, but it'll look great against any light-colored background.

Cute Stationary Scans

As I admitted before, stationary is one of my many weaknesses.

So I chose to make a good use of it and share with everyone these Hello Kitty (in Sweetsland, I presume) letter paper scans. I even scanned the envelope! This set is really darling, it comes displayed in a bidimensional castle with all the papers inside it. So cute.
