A wonderful short-sleeved cutsew by Angelic Pretty that I bought during Laforet's big january sale. I believe it is called "Heart Lace Ribbon Print Cutsew", but I don't know for sure.
I hope these posts are helpful for anyone who is thinking of buying these items and wants to see a close-up! This cutsew is not so old so I imagine you could get it second-hand somewhere :)
