I'm going to be breaking down the basics of her look, make-up and overall aesthetic, including her poses and expression.
Disclaimer: I am obviously not a make-up artist nor have I ever studied make-up. Everything is based on my (hopefully not insane) common sense.

Siganme!
Her basic make-up look consists in:
- Eyes. Big false upper lashes. They really complete the "dolly" eye look and frankly, look great on anyone. For this particular photoshoot she's also wearing lower lashes, and I've seen other magazine shoots where she is wearing them as well. However, I will list this part as optional - mascara does the trick just fine. Lower lashline. Lined from the outer half to the middle in smoky brown. It's also a good idea to add just a dab of white pearl eyeliner in the inner half to give that "wet doe-eyed" look. Lids. A medium pink/light brown eyeshadow will do. Irises. She's not wearing circle lenses, and usually doesn't wear any. So you can go ahead and leave your eyes as-is for Misako's look.
- Blush. Cute, warm pink blush. She applies it roughly from the center of the pupils to the cheekbone. This is kind of important because otherwise it looks too overdone. You could use a cream blush, make two dabs on said area, and then blend with a sponge for a natural look.
- Nose. The bridge of her nose is highlighted. I don't see any more contouring, but just in case, you might want to frame your face by swiping powder a few shades darker than your skin in your jaw, next to your ears, top of the forehead, therefore framing the entire face. Misako has a cute round face structure and we want to emulate that.
- Lips. Peachy, warm, milky lips. Easily done with a peach-colored lip gloss. Make sure the peach is more pink than orange.
But of course, make-up isn't the only aspect. Her overall look is important, too! Let's take a look at her hair:
She has straight bangs with a longer tuft of hair on each side. This a very anime-ish look. She also usually puts all her hair up front, divided evenly on each side, so when she's seen from the back, it looks like this:
Sometimes she wears it with soft waves, sometimes super straight. Usually she places her hair behind her ears and leaves small strands to act as "sideburns" of sorts, like so:
It's also common for her to wear little necklaces. And like any lolita, an important headpiece, be it a bow or something else.
So to show you all this, I have applied her aesthetics on myself!
Remember: big lashes + pink blush + peachy glossy lips + make your face look round + straight bangs and long hair!
To prep myself, I first braided my hair into two sections and heated the braids with a straight iron. This helped me achieve her soft waves.
I also brushed a Dry Shampoo through my bangs to make them super straight. I used LUSH's No Drought. It has cornflour so it leaves my bangs super soft, fluffy and full.
And then of course, the most important thing: the pose! Misako-chan doesn't usually smile with her whole face, just her lips. This prevents her eyes from squinting (as you would with a natural smile), and makes her look more doll like. Her common poses almost always use her hands, either in a double or individual V-sign, cupping her face, etc.
So here we go...!
If you don't think I look at least a bit like her, you're lying!! Ahahaha. (I guess it helps having her exact same hairstyle orz). I tried to channel her more "otome" side, so this is in no way a lolita outfit ^^;
