We really really owe Japan for the "culture of the KAWAII".
While this word might sound a bit weeaboo-ish to say (as in, a person who has no idea of Japanese language but uses kawaii just because it sounds... well... kawaii), it's exactly the word that comes to mind when you see beautiful "food inspired" accessories like the ones Q-Pot sells.
These kind of accessories are hard to find in Argentina. You might come to a few after a really long search, but some are exceptionally bad quality (yup, it's so bad, it's exceptional)
However!!
A few years ago I came across a website called Aira Atelier.
I believe they are no longer making accessories, but at least I had the chance to buy a few!!
They were so cheap and are so sturdy. Best buy ever in my life (exaggerating much?)
Please take a look!
Cookie small hair clip. It looks like a flatbread... good enough to eat... (Aori was my old Poupee Girl username, just in case you were wondering).
Berry cupcake ring. Lovely!!
One of my favorites, ice-cream cone with chocolate bear. This is a charm for a necklace ^^
Long biscuit hair clip. Very good quality.
One of my favorites, cherry almond cupcake ring. The almond looks so convincing!! I've always actually wondered if they maybe used a real almond...? But the color is a tad bit too light to be real, right?
Small strawberry choco biscuit hairclip ^^ This is really little but cute nonetheless.
I hope you enjoyed my collection! Do you own food-inspired accessories, too?
Abigail chan!~ ^^ wow they look yummy <3 I'll be constantly hungry wearing these. thanks for dropping by my blog ^^
ReplyDeleteHi Glow, thank you for your comment!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely!! I can't say I don't feel hungry while wearing these. They also look much more delicious than anything I could possibly get in real life XD!
